Kim was a godsend in both selling our old house and buying our new one. She was available to talk whenever we needed help, and had consistently good advice. She managed all of the difficult parts of the process for us, and her persistence in getting information from the other parties to the transactions was simply amazing. Her advice helped us sell our home for more that I had thought possible, and her willingness to work with us over the long haul, showing us houses over the course of years, helped us find not just a new house, but a forever house. We couldn't be more thankful for Kim's services.
